Uma deliciosa receita para acompanhar um saboroso chá da tarde
Ingredientes
2 pacotes (200g cada) de biscoito Maizena
200g de margarina culinária
5 maçãs médias do tipo Gala
2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar mascavo
2 colheres (sopa) de cacau em pó
1 colher (sopa) de canela
3 colheres (sopa) de iogurte natural desnatado
1 colher (sopa) de gengibre fresco ralado
Raspas de limão siciliano
Suco de meio limão siciliano
Uva passa a gosto
Gergelim à gosto
Massa
Envolva os biscoitos com um pano de cozinha e amasse um pouco com as mãos. Depois leve os pedaços ao liquidificador para deixar bem triturados. Numa travessa coloque a margarina e despeje o biscoito triturado. Misture com as mãos até formar uma massa consistente. Acrescente um pouco das raspas de limão siciliano na massa. Esse processo é rápido, não leva mais do que 5 minutos.
Recheio
Descasque as maçãs e rale em um ralador grosso. Misture as maçãs raladas com o restante dos ingredientes.
Espalhe a massa numa assadeira (pode untar com margarina) formando uma camada de espessura uniforme no fundo e nas laterais. Coloque o recheio por cima. Leve ao forno para assar em temperatura média por cerca de 40 minutos. Melhor se for feita em uma forma desmontável.
Depois é só servir quente com sorvete ou mesmo gelada para acompanhar o chá da tarde!
