Academia da Gula criou para o “Comida di Buteco” porção do tradicional tira-gosto
A 1ª edição do “Comida di Buteco” em São Paulo chegou ao fim no último dia 1º de julho. Foram 50 bares participantes em toda a capital paulista divididos em cinco circuitos: Norte, Sul, Leste, Oeste e Centro. Caso você não tenha conseguido participar do evento ou deixou de experimentar alguns dos tira-gostos, o PPOW traz para você todas as receitas dos melhores botecos da cidade.

Para concorrer ao prêmio de melhor boteco de São Paulo, o Academia da Gula, localizado na Zona Sul, apostou em uma porção de pastéis de bacalhau. Confira a receita do tira-gosto:
Pastel de Bacalhau
Ingredientes:
Massa de pastel
200g bacalhau desfiado
400 ml azeite
2 cebolas
Azeitona verde
Modo de Preparo:
Pique a cebola em cubos bem pequenos e refogue-as com um pouco de azeite. Misturar os outros ingredientes ao bacalhau desfiado, acrescente a azeitona verde, regue com mais azeite de forma que se torne uma pasta consistente. Recheie a massa do pastel com essa pasta de bacalhau e frite em óleo quente.
Rendimento: 50 pastéis
Tempo de preparo: 20 minutos
